Impact
I am excited about building AI-powered systems that protect public health and improve healthcare at scale.
I am excited about building AI-powered systems that protect public health and improve healthcare at scale. Over the past decade, I've turned research breakthroughs into deployed solutions—managing $8M+ programs across 12 countries, leading cross-disciplinary teams, and orchestrating complex projects across 3 CDC Centers. Now I'm focused on leveraging frontier AI models to accelerate how teams detect threats, analyze data, and respond to health emergencies—reducing analysis time from weeks to hours.
Recent Achievement
Recently I led a pilot for a respiratory genomics surveillance system at largest hospital in northern Vietnam, Bach Mai Hospital—operational in less than 3 months with first H1N1 variant detection in the country.
Most recently, I led a pilot for a end-to-end respiratory genomics surveillance system in the largest hospital in northern Vietnam, Bach Mai Hospital. We got it operational in less than 3 months and detected the country's first H1N1 variant—proving that rapid deployment of advanced technologies is possible even in resource-limited settings.
